School Development Plan (SDP) 2022 - 2023

At Wessex Primary School we continually strive to improve what we do. We have identified the following 4 priorities for this academic year:

Priority 1: All children to make at least expected progress in writing from their starting points.

Priority 2: The positive mental health and wellbeing of children and staff is actively promoted.

Priority 3: Children with SEND make at least good progress and their social, emotional needs are fully understood and supported appropriately.

Priority 4:  New leadership & management structure at Wessex continues to drive forward school wide improvements.
