We have a number of school tours this term for parents to visit the school. Each tour is from 9:10am until 10:30am. The dates for the tours are:

• Thursday 8th October
• Tuesday 13th October
• Tuesday 3rd November
• Thursday 19th November

Our school tours consist of a welcome by some of our Junior Leaders (elected Year 6 pupils); a presentation from our headteacher, Mr Beavan; time in Early Years with our EYFS lead, Mrs Corbett; and a tour around the school.

We also have Stay and Play sessions for preschool children and their parents to spend some time in our Early Years environment and meet some of our staff. Each session runs from 9:15am until 10:00am. Dates for the Stay and Play sessions are:

• Thursday 12th November
• Tuesday 24th November

Admissions for Wessex Primary School are managed by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Applications for a Reception place must be submitted to the Borough by the stated deadline each January for entry in the following September.

Children can start full-time at school from the September following their 4th birthday – the deadline for this is always in the January before they start school. You can submit your online application from early in November of the year before your child starts school.
