An After-School Club also operates from Wessex, run by Get Active Sports, where children are looked after until 6pm during term time.

The After-School club can be booked via Get Active's website.

Breakfast Club 

Our Breakfast Club provides a healthy breakfast and activities from 7:50am – 8.45am during term time in the Lower School Hall. Only bookings via the Arbor Parent App or online portal will now be accepted.

Ideally, 48 hours notice is needed to cancel a session and any fees will be refunded back to your account.

• Book via https://login.arbor.sc/. For guidance on using Arbor, please click here.
• If paying by Childcare vouchers please call or email the office initially for instructions. Once you have paid by childcare vouchers, please email the office with details of the amount, date and reference number, so your Arbor account can be updated. You will then be able to book future sessions.
• Breakfast club is available for all children from Reception to Year 6, subject to availability
• Food for breakfast may not be brought in from home.
• The charge for the club is £4.60 per child per session.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking and is non-refundable via Arbor or Childcare vouchers.
• Parents must sign their children into the club in the morning.
• Please note there will be a limit on the number of children taken on a daily basis due to the facilities available and once this quota is reached then unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate additional children.
• Please contact the office (office@wessexprimary.org) if you wish to cancel your booking, no later than 12 noon the day before, this will allow other parents the chance to use their place.
• Refunds will not be given for children who do not attend.
